Unacceptable service

Absolutely ********** service !!! Second time I am receiving such appalling service from these greedy people. First it was a melodramatic driver who reacted on a group of passenger's comments about his driving only 2 hours later throwing tantrums and telling us that he is going to stop and request a different driver fr Cape Town.. We had to beg him to continue with the journey. Shortly after he gave in, the bus stopped again and there was apparently a problem with a fan belt.. We stood for 3 hours waiting for their breakdown support and people missed out on funerals they were attending on the day. Today as I type, we are stuck again and there is absolutely no communication from the drivers. We are rushing home for Christmas and our kids Christmas clothes are with us. We're obviously going to be late again.. This bus was not inspected.. It was just put on the road for trusting customers to use.. Dnt even ask why I'm using this bus again after my initial experience. Bottom line is I will never use it again!!!
