If only there was a minus zero rating. Last wwwk my sisters and I went to Durban and for some odd reason we chose this bus service, of which we regret to this day. Anywho, we booked our return tickets in advance and paid for them, after paying we decided to change the return time and were charged for it, which we understood. Our bus ticket was for 0730 but the bus left way after 0800, the employees said they were waiting for the shuttle bus from Pretoria(note the first inconvenience without compensation?) Upon boarding the bus, the aircon were not working, the state of the bus was below standard(took pictures) the toilet door couldn't close(the stench from JNB to DUR) it was balanced by using the brick that Elo Coaches provided, the USB ports where not even working. Don't get me started on the driver🙄If I was running I'm sure I would've made it to Durban before the bus, it struggled on steep roads and would randomly stop on the N3 and the driver didn't bother to communicate what the problem was, all we heard ws random warning alerts. We got to Durban way after 1600, which contradicts the arrival time of our tickets. Fast forward to the 20th returning to JNB, bus was supposed to leave at 11.30am, with empathy or courtesy from your staff members, we were told that the bus is delayed by 30 min(mind you we had to pay to change our return time). 39 minutes passed with no updates, we had to demand answers at the counter, way after 12pm the bus left only to be driven for less than an hour the bus stopped for more than 30 minutes, upon questioning the the driver that's when he informed us that the bus was overheating and we needed to wait for another bus, I requested for the number of the person he was speaking to over the phone who he said was the disparcher(Fasula) who just didn't care. The driver than informed us that the bus that was coming was the same bus he drove from JNB to DUR and it was hot as its aircon was not working. Your dispatcher could not inform us what time the stupid bus would arrive to a point he was not no longer answering our calls. The bus only arrived at 1600 and took more than 30 minutes to leave. The aircon was not working and it seemed like there was a problem the alignment as it kept pulling to the right. There was no courtesy or apology or re assurance that once we get to JNB we would be assisted. We got there way after 12 midnight and we had to make means of getting home. No one cared about our safety especially since we were female and being at Joburg CBD at that time. We had to spend more money that was not budgeted as we needed to get home safely. We paid for a service we did not get. Eldo Coaches, what a ****TY BUS SERVICE. HOW I WISH WE COULD'VE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR BUS SERVICES.
