Travelling from JHB TO E.L 04.10.2016

<p>The customer service of this bus company is horrible. They have total disregard for senior citizens and toddlers. My mother who is over 60 was travelling with this bus. They squeezed them in the middle of those three small seats thaat are in the bus. No normal human being can sit comfortably in the seats of this bus. I'm wondering how they pass burea of standards with such small seats being a long distant travelling bus. The bus has no space to move in between seats. There's not enough space to put luggage in the inside luggage compartments. They don't weigh luggage they just look at customers' bag and ask customers to pay 100 rands. when I want inside the bus to check if my mother was seating ok. I was chased out of the bus.The staff in that bus were rude and swearing. </p>
