Traumatised

If I could give them a negative I would. They don't even deserve a 1 rating. I just had the worst experience with Eldo Coaches today, travelling from Durban to Mthatha in the 17H00 bus. We almost died when the driver hit a pothole just after Kokstad and almost lost control of the bus because eif the speed he was travelling at. The thing kept beeping the entire time and ignored it even after we almost had an accident!! Eventually I asked him to slow down and he immediately got irritated and told me he was not speeding. I asked him what he meant because the warning has been off the WHOLE time and he didn't reply to that but said he will slow down but still proceeded to drive at a high speed until I told him to slow down now to which he rep**** "haike." There were no apologies whatsoever even for the fact that we could have died. I don't think he understands that our lives depended on him and saw absolutely nothing wrong with his behaviour. After that he drove at 60-80 kms per hour BUT he stayed on the phone the whole time telling the different people about the incident, but **** to them as to how it happened. Of course, not admitting to his wrong doings. The nerve!! He further complained that he will get to his final destination late because of the speed he was travelling at after I'd asked him to slow down. Seriously, passengers' lives can't be in the hands of reckless people rushing to push their own agendas that have absolutely nothing to do with us and it needs to be addressed. But as for me, that was the last time I ever booked that bus!
