Tragic Experience

I booked a bus with R420 today in the morning around 8 o'clock for 9h50 departure from Midrand to Durban. Only when I got there after I had gone back home I was told there is a 2hr delay. No communication was sent to myself prior to set expectations regarding these delays. No one providee proper explanation to this inconvenience. I don't acknowledge sometimes there are delays beyond control but a 3hr delay was just beyond measures. No apology correspondence was sent to passengers for this tragic experience. I don't want go into depth about how this impact my work and personal life. The bus provided for the trip was not in a good condition and looked so old as if it will breakdown. May I have this matter be looked into
