Too MANY BREAKDOWNS FOR 1 BUS.

THE WORST BUS EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was traveling to KZN on Wednesday and took the 7pm bus. The bus broke down at 10pm. We waited for 3 hours for the mechanic to arrive and to fix it. A few kilometers aways, the bus broke down again. We waited on the side of the busy road in the cold dark for a further 2 hours. After reaching Tugela, guess what, the bus broke down AGAIN!!! This delayed my trip and caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. We want our money back!
