Toilet stench

There are no words to describe how disappointed and disgusted I am with the condition of the Eldo coaches buses. I am currently travelling from Durban to Johannesburg and I wish I had booked another bus company.This bus is stuffy and the door of their toilet keeps opening and my husbands seat is broken so he can not relax or be comfortable,mind you its only an hour right now ee are left with 6 more to go.The broken toilet door which our new job is to keep closing it is obviously accompanied by a horrible stench of urine and whatever else is in it. I feel nauseous and sick . Currently my husband and I have covered ourselves with our scarves because it's just too much.I will never use this line of buses again nor will I recommend it to anyone because no one not even the worst kind of person deserves to be in a bus for 6 hours that smells like this...The service is shocking.
