Time Management and Poor Service

The service for Eldo coaches is horrible, they don't prepare at all.

Yesterday the 27 April 2021, I booked a bus service from Durban that will depart at 7 am and arrive at 15:00 pm, the bus ended up leaving at half-past seven (no communication was made) employees were just up and down. I don't know the speed limit of the bus but it was too slow and worse we had no toilet and had to stop everywhere. We arrived in Jhb and were told to jump into the other bus, after some minutes we were told to jump off and take the other bus since that one couldn't start. The reason why we take the early bus is that we want to arrive early and be safe since the uber or Taxify drivers are not allowed @ the bus station, but instead of 15:00 pm we ended up arriving at 18:30pm in Pretoria. Which was not safe at all especially on a holiday with bags and walking around trying to find transport.
