Ticket refund

Very disappointed with eldo coaches , up until now know has responded to my emails about giving me a refund or even changing dates of the tickets l had bought before lockdown kicked in . Their numbers ring non stop and they ignore emails . It’s really not right , we work hard for this money that you might think we throwing away. Covid happened and that’s no one’s fault but at least they should come up with a solution. I need my money back .
