Ticket Cancellation

I am very disappointed, the service I received from you guys. I booked a ticked for my son for the 09/10/2021 and I wanted to cancel the ticket as he was no longer going to use the bus. Went to Eldo Coaches offices in Park Station and was told Eldo Coaches do not issue refunds. I explained multiple times that I will no longer use your services and now I'm forced to loose my hard earned money. I'm angry and disappointed. This needs to be fixed.
