Three months and still no refund

I have been waiting for my refund since February! I have begged, threatened and cried and still no refund. I have spoken to umpteen people and still nothing. All they do is escalate. I like Eldo and they offer a good service. Just don't cancel a trip because your refund will not arrive. They advertise full refunds minus admin fees. What am I to do?
