This is a matter of concern

This business does not even deserve one star ...they are incompitent, *****ulant and unprofessional...they are habitual ***** who know nothing about service delivery ....they need to be exposed or called to order ...i have been stuck in a bus to east London since 16:30pm it is now 22:57pm no movement......
