They Lost my bag

I lost my bag on the bus on Friday afternoon, in fact I did not loose my bag the guys that was handing out the bag to traveller's did not check the numbers if they match, he just gave bags to who ever that said that is their bag. And after told them they all said they can't help me even at the office. And all the contact numbers of Eldo are not working. And yesterday I went to check if my bag has been returned since non of them contacted me. And now they are telling me that they can't help me because Greyhound is taking over. But Greyhound is the same office that sells Eldo coaches ticket to people. It's Sunday now without my clothes that have gone missing and no one is helping
