They hv no respect for our time, money or convinience

Eldo couches a bus company from hell😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 after an hour of waiting for the bus being told by the representative she can't track the bus she does not know where it is then knocks off. A new rep tell us the bus will b in Bloem in 3 hrs meaning 4 hrs later than the original time, I request that she cancells or change the ticket to b a return ticket for 2morrow she can't do that either. I demand the manager I am told he is Gert who tells me he does not drive the bus he will not take responsibility for it being late he is f***'NG sleeping i am disturbing him, I am told to complite a form the money will b deposited, when, they can't say it depends, on what? They won't say on what. I feel all they had to do was change the ticket for the following day with no hasstle, they should seem to redress when they wrong, they can't tell me I should hv changed the ticket an hour prior departure when they informed me an hour after departure, they simple do not want to take any responsibility. I am warning u never book that bus they hv no respect for our time, convinience or money 😭😭😭😭
