They don't care about people's lives!

Eldos don't care about people's lives and safety. My mother and nephew booked Eldos from park station to Durban station on the 6th of January 2022 departing at 09:00. Firstly the bus arrived late at park station. I had to go ask from their staff where the bus was. Only then they communicated that the bus was running late!. When the bus eventually arrived it had issues. The driver told the passengers that he passed by the depot first to inform them the bus had issues but they told him to continue driving the same bus all the way to Durban! My mother informed me that the bus was very slow and would sometimes stop along the way. They arrived in Durban around 21:00! They're absolute trash! 😡😡🤬🤬
