They dont care about customers.....Bad customer service ever

What a worst expirience ever....so we got to johannesburg parkstation around 9:30pm our bus was suppose to leave around 10pm.....we waited and waited for 3 long hours.....and they sent us a skorokoro bus......then on our way to durban we got stuck from 3am waiting for another bus thats coming from the easterncape that will get here in 7 hours......and this bus doesnt have a heater as well in this cold.....we are frozen.......
