The worst service in South A

This is the worst bus I have ever booked. First and last time. I would never recommend it to anyone. It doesn't arrive on time. I was literally with eldo coaches from 10am till now and the time is 9:20pm if I could.. I could jump off and go back to Durban. They have poor service. It's disgusting and pathetic.. I feel sorry for the workers coz the owner is really falling to manage his business.
