The worst service ever

Today at 6am I went to Eldo coaches to book a ticket from Pietermaritzburg to Mildrand but one of their staff told me that the office is still closed but there is a Greyhound bus coming at 7:10am I will just buy the ticket from the driver coz the office is not opened yet, the bus arrived at 7:45am I paid R250.00, when the bus reached Johannesburg Park Station they told us they can't take us to pretoria we need to wait for another bus from eldo coaches that will take us to midrand and pretoria well I ve never been treated so low in my whole life the staff told me since I didn't have a ticket I will have to buy another one, so it is my fault that they hired unfaithful staff members, those people are *****ing from the company and the passengers but I must pay the price by being left in the cold at night , how can you trust someone who can do that to be able to look after the passengers and their luggage.this is a red flag 🚩 and I'm highly disappointed at Eldo coaches because they are the ones using the Greyhound busses.
