The worst service ever

I booked a ticket beginning of Dec 2022….A family member passed away and I had to cancel my trip.I cancelled the bus ticket and claimed my refund.

It’s April 2023 now and I still haven’t got my money back. I’ve been calling their offices every single week and they keep telling me stories. The most infuriating thing happened this morning I asked the customer service assistant to put me through to his supervisor and he hung up on me.

I am so mad. So disrespectful and disappointing.
