The worst service ever!!

The worst experience ever, I bought my family return tickets from Pretoria to Kimberley, the bus was supposed to depart from Pretoria at 11:30 a.m but only arrived at 12:30. on Sunday the 10th they were supposed to depart from Kimberley at 07:00 back to Pretoria, Eldo Coaches decided to sent an sms stating that they are having mechanical issues and the ETA is 15:00 pm! the cruelty... the pain I felt having to leave my family at 11:00 in a place they do not even know, I was literally crying and wondering how are they going to wait there for over 5 hours?? Eldo Coaches is extremely inconsiderate and they forget that they work with HUMAN BEINGS not objects! Can they please just shut it down.
