The Worst customer service from Eldo Coaches

My brother and some passengers in King William’s Town and surrounding areas, have just experienced the worse customer service from @eldocoaches, bus is delayed for more than 9 hours, and these people are going to Cape Town. King Centre says customers...must sleep at the ticket centre, bear in mind there are kids less than 2 years old, no food is provided to these people. They say bus will arrive at 3am, so for 9 hours people have to wait. This has to be the worst customer service from a bus company.....please retreat this until @MbalulaFikile and @Abramjee sew this. This is utter nonsense and the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. @eldocoaches has to account for this!
