The most traumatic experience ever

We have been waiting here for over 2.5 hours, we've been promised that it should be here any minute and there's nothing happening yet. Their offices are closed and no one to assist. Management is probably asleep comfortably in their own space while we waiting with kids in the cold. This is the worst experience ever... No one deserves this...<br> Did I mention that it's freezing to death :-(
