The bus service you never want to use

One star is not even deserved - they should get zero! Bus from Pietermaritzburg to Jhb broke down just before Harrismith. It took two hours for the replacement bus to arrive which also then broke down 100kms further. No apology, no refund, dirty busses, stinking toilets - an absolute disgrace. Nobody answers their "24 hour call centre" on a Sunday afternoon. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
