TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE FROM ELDO COUCHES

From East London to Durban on th 1st of April 2021

It's was the most terrifying traveling experience of my life.the bus was not road worth,all the from east London to Mount Ayliff it's was driving on a yellow line in a snail pace, drivers phoned their head office and they were told that the bus was not supposed to take a load it was supposed to be fixed so now it's late they can't help. When we get to Mount Ayliff there was a road block and traffic inspectors told us that the bus is NOT permitted for KZN route so we stucked for hours and some passengers had to make other means of getting a transport because they were getting late almost the half of a load lefted. Even the drivers were frastrated crying that they don't work for eldo they are hired from the other company.The bus was late to pick up In East London it was supposed to leave at 21:05pm but it lefted at 23:00pm it was supposed to arrive in Durban at 6:00am but it arrived at 13:20 pm . They are not even permitted
