Terrible Service, worst of its kind

Its a great pity that this company has allowed itself to drop and have such terrible service. This is the cheapest bus i have ever seen with seats falling off. Its 50 mins late. Meant to leave at 07:30 but 08:20 yet to leave. After more then 20 years and this is how we get treated.
