TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ELDO COACHES

We booked 2 tickets from PMB to JHB on Tuesday 12 July 2022. Instead of the luxury bus that we booked a Pro Tour non luxury arrived LATE to pick up passengers. When drop off was requested at Park Station the bus was apparently not authorised to enter the station and wanted to drop us off on the street at 9pm. Had to go all the way to Midrand and arrange for transport from there. Eldo Coaches this is unacceptable and disgusting.
