Terrible service from Eldo Coaches

My first time using Eldo coaches was extremely terrible. I booked tickets via a call center agent , then paid using the ref on the same bank that they are using . Next day my four kids and my sister are stuck in Durban, they can't see payment regardless proof of payment that I gave them. Call centre are dropping my calls in the middle of this crisis. Now my sister had to buy tickets again otherwise they would be stuck in the station the whole night. This so so terrible I will never use their service ever again and will certainly not recommend to anyone.
