Terrible service

Worst service ever, took a bus from Durban on the 01 December 2020 at 21:30 to Pretoria. When we arrived our suitcases were open and clothes were ******. When we told the driver he blames people who got off in Jo'burg and I believe it's the drivers who have access to our bags, he also told us that he can't do anything about that.
