Terrible service

About 6 weeks back I booked a trip online & made payment within 24 hours after I made the booking. Unfortunately due to a family funeral I couldn’t make the trip & cancelled. 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for my R780 refund!!!!!!!

Been calling & sending emails with absolutely no response
