Terrible service

Had booked 7 tickets to Jhb from durban..The bus was meant to leave at 7am..But at 6:55 we are told the bua will be 5mins late..The bus only left durban station at 8am.

That is not the worst part...The most shocking thing is that a bus called "Freeway coachee",Which was old and didnt seem to be in Good condition.. I went to speak to the consultant to ask why we were getting this terrible bus and she rudely said this bus is hired under eldo...Now the thing is nobody notified us of anything...Nobody told us we were getting a half baked cake...The bus that came was old,The side mirror was tied with salotape... Very Very terrible..
