TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ELDO COACHES

Never use their services.on the 20th of May 2022 i was traveling with Eldo coach fleet noB880 to Mount frere the bus broke down after Moi toll plaza around 2am i had to cancel my trip because it was late for the funeral i was supposed to attend because we only got help around 7am since 2am i turn back to Johannesburg because there was no point to continue.keep in mind i booked return for 21/05/2022 for the same company. I haven't get my Refund even today no one want to take responsibility the call center they keep on telling the Manager will call me not even once. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ELDO COACHES DON'T GO NEAR THEM
