Terrible Experience with Eldo Coaches

Disgusted with the service !!! The experience was horrible and I will not make this mistake again...Firstly we traveled in Eldo coaches from KZN to Montrose in bus that the wipers were not working , it's was raining and extremely misty and our lives were in danger , the driver gradually just stopped every 30 mins and wiped the windscreen as though it was normal, secondly there was barely any communication even if he did say something we had to ask people around us to translate it, should he not have communicated with us so we all could understand ?, and then at 2.30am 2 hrs from Johannesburg they stop on the highway and transfer us to another bus , not explaining why but we had to just grab our luggage and run ...I believe our lives are important but the arrogance and the need to check on vehicles before use don't seem to be a priority ...They fail to realize the service is not free we pay for it ...From this experience I will never approach Eldo coaches and will advise my family and friends to also refrain for their own safety ..????
