Terrible Experience and Bad Service

I was traveling from Durban to Johannesburg with this bus and I would not recommend it al all. Firstly the bus broke down past half way to Johannesburg, there was no communication as to what was wrong or what is the next step forward. we had to jump out of the bus in order to get information from the driver. after 2 hours we started moving and jump into another bus pass the warden toll. thereafter we ended up in Johannesburg Park station and we was going to jump out at the bird engine. the drivers were all confused and told the Lenasia people to jump into the other bus and the other bus told their passengers the same. there was no proper communication whatsoever we had to just guess and know ourselves which bus was going where. it was a very horrible experience. also they call centre service is absolutely terrible. you have to hold hours on a call no one answers and when speaking on the WhatsApp line they do not reply. They take over 3 days to respond and they don't even provide proper feedback. its extremely frustrating.
