Terrible customer service

Eldo Coaches has terrible customer service, it is a norm for their bus drivers to arrive later than scheduled and the company to make an excuse that there was a breakdown. This is not acceptable and should not be allowed to continue operating like this. Dropped off my elderly mom an hour earlier, bus was supposed to depart at 20:00 and the bus driver arrived 2 hours late at 22:00. This bus company is *********** and lacking in service delivery. It doesn't even deserve a single star. Must stop misleading and mistreating passengers.
