Terrible customer service

18/08/22 time was 22:54 when our bus to CapeTown from Kroonstad arrived which was supposed to pick us up at 21:15.We are two travellers travelling together,we weren’t expecting to find two free seats so that we could journey together but by luckily there were four front seats available.Little did we know that this would be the beginning of a battle for us to use two of these seats,they are bags placed on them which for one isn’t supposed to happen,we are just told go to the back and get a seat,I insisted on sitting on one of the seats but they intimidated my friend to go sit at the back,there was no proper explanation as to why we can’t use the seats but there was a moment where my friend was pushed to go sit at the back.We were told the bus it late so we should stop acting special,almost 2hours late and we now blamed for there lateness.It then was clear as to why we were not to use the from seats as the Co driver used it to sleep and put his feet across to the other 2 seater,which is very sad,you don’t care for your drivers as these are sad conditions for drivers expected to drive such long distances,these drivers in turn are careless about customer service.They could have easily communicated their situation but instead chose to fight us.Certainly don’t see me returning with this bus or ever recommending it to any friends and family!I took a video of the altercation.
