TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so annoyed and irritated at the level of customer service I'm getting from this bus company. I bought a ticket on Saturday online but I didn't receive my ticket. I have been calling the "24hr Call Center" but no one answers. I wouldn't recommend this bus company to anyone because a paying customer should receive better service.
