Terrible and *********** service from ELDOS COACHES

Good day

I am highly disgusted with your service and lack of interest in your passenger. Today my grandparents travelled from Durban to JHB.

They were picked up late from DBN Station and got as far as Hilton and they are stranded on the side of the road. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS. They are elderly and are sitting on the side of the road with no bus in sight since 11.00 this morning. It is now 14h37 with a second bus that they picked up 4 passengers in Pinetown that was broken down. NOW THAT BUS IS ALSO BROKEN DOWN BEHIND THEM.

I wish that the busses could be impounded as this is a normal thing with you guys are you guys chasing money and to hell with the passengers. I am talking from experience. My grandmother travelled done with you guys the beginning of the year and what a terrible experience going down and coming back she was stuck on the side of the road. She was suppose to be home (Johannesburg) at 17h00 she arrived after midnight that day and travelling alone. My sister booked their ticket and low and behold it is ELDOS COACHES AGAIN AND THEY STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO FOOD OR WATER TO DRINGK

WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING ABOUT IT. They were suppose to arrive at Southgate in Johannesburg @ 16h50 they haven’t even reached halfway.

Have tried calling but what a surprise no answer. It is as per usual. The ****piest service ever.

Please can I get an urgent response and I want to know what is going to be done. They are on the side of the road.

I am expecting a call on my cell *** with an explanation and a plan .

AND ON TOP OF THIS THEY TELL YOU A BUS IS THERE LOADING PEOPLE WHEN THE FREAKING BUS DROVE RIGHT PASS THE PEOPLE. THE CONTACT CENTER STAFF ALONG WITH THE MANAGER TELLS YOU ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM THEY SHOULD HAVE CARS. THEY ARE PENSIONERS FOR **** SAKES. TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THE *********** PEOPLE THEY HAVE EMPLOYED AT ELDOS COACHES. I FOR ONE WOULD NOT RECOMMENED ELDOS COACHES FOR ANY SORT OF TRAVEL WHATSOEVER. I WANT A CALL BACK WITH A COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY YOU. TO TOP OFF THIS MY GRAND MOTHER IS DIABETIC SO HER INSULIN HAS BEEN OUT OF THE REFRIDGERATOR FOR MORE THAN 8HOURS WHICH MEANS ITS INACTIVE AND PRACTICALLY USELESS AT THIS POINT. SHE HAS NOT EATEN WHICH IS A HEALTH RISK MY GRANDFATHER HAS HEART PROBLEMS AND HAS TO TAKE HIS MEDICATION BUT ALSO HAS NOT EATEN. CLEARLY ELDO COACHES IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER CARE. IN OTHER WORDS THEY DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT ANYBODY BUT THEMSELVES
