TERRIBLE AND DANGEROUS SERVICES BY ELDO COACHES

Booked a bus for my daughter on the 28/12/2021 for 18:10 from Mthatha Ultra City to Johannesburg park station and the bus arrived at 22:05 with a very drowsy driver who admitted that he was driving for the whole previous night, only slept for one hour during the day. We asked the driver what happened, why was there no communication, and he kept on saying it's the company's fault not him. Earlier we contacted the Eldo coaches call centre, and stayed on the the line for more than an hour being told that we are the 1st in line, with vain. This is not only a terrible service but dangerous to the public as well. Something must be investigated and done before we loose innocent lives.
