We were delayed at Durban station for over an hour from 08:30 and the bus that was parked due to mechanical issues was fixed in less than 20 minutes for us to ride on.

As I’m writing this we are stuck at Pietermaritzburg (11:45) and the driver is giving us attitude when are asking him questions !

Thank goodness it was my first and last time BUT their service is terrible from the staff to their buses
