Super Annoyed with your services

I booked a Cape Town to Johannesburg 13:30 bus on 2 of November. The bus got late for 4 hours we left cape town at 6:00 PM. As i am typing this review i am in the bus on our way to Bloemfontein and the time is 10:39. We stopped in the middle of no where, we were told that we must get to another bus because the bus we are in is over heating. we went to the other bus we had to take out our own luggage by ourselves. When we get to another bus we were told it is full we cant get in, now we went back to the one that is over heating. we are going up and down with heavy luggage. when i complained to one of the drivers he swore at me. The Bus is super slow and stops every 10 minutes. The drivers suggested that we get in the taxi and pay another amount of money, so that we can get safe to Johannesburg. I tried calling their call center and emailed them no one was willing to solve the situation and their email address is not working. I need i full refund as i missed work meeting that i was going to in Johanessburg and also had to pay for a taxi.
