Stupid Refund Process

Stupid Refund processes! I have been waiting for refund since December 2019. I promise you, im gonna demand that your Cape Town office to refund me my money, they will then claim it from their headoffice! Im sick n tired of this ridicilous, stupid process that invonvenience us ad customers for its rightfully ours. You just need to reply favourably to my email i sent to you customerservices@elfocoaches, then your cape town offices will be spared from my craziness
