Stuck in the middle of nowhere

My son took a bus from Durban to Pretoria this morning at 11am date being 10/10/2021.As the bus was leaving Durban station it started having issues. That's less than 100m from the station. A few moments later it left. The bus got stuck again at 3pm just after the Mooi River plaza. Now it's 6pm there has not been any help from the bus company. My son is hungry and cold in the middle of nowhere. There is Covid-19 pandemic and they have to be stuck there. My son is supposed to be at school tomorrow morning. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable. I have made numerous calls to their offices, nobody is picking up the phone. How the hell did the let a bus that already has issues leave with passengers.
