Stuck in a bus for 18 hours

I have been writing to their offices and no response. On the 29th of December we took a bus at 11am from Durban to Johannesburg. The bus broke down just before mooi river if I am not mistaken. We were stuck there till 11 PM with my kids and hubby, well the whole bus. We were due to arrive in Joburg 18:00 on the 29 but we ended up arriving on the 30th at 06:00.No apologies no refunds nothing from eldos. We were in the bus for more than 18 hours. Till today nothing
