STUCK BETWEEN HOWICK AND MOOIRIVER

I am very disappointed, I booked my bus tickets from Durban to Johannesburg on the 24th of April the bus got stuck between Howick and Mooiriver at around 11:00 since I was rushing I made other means which costed me money to get to joburg on time.

I checked Eldos website to raise my complaint and got their WhatsApp number which is *** and spoke to one of their consultants which his/her name is Buks Van Rooyen who advise me that they do not issue refunds or reebokings on breakdown or delay services.

My question is - is it not Eldos Coaches fault that their maintenance did not check the bus before we departed from Durban when they are quick to say they do not issue refunds or reebokings?
