****** luggage , NO ACTION TAKEN !

Eldo coaches does not care about their customers well being if an item on the bus got ****** or taken by mistake , all they did was sent out an SMS to everyone that was on the bus i really think they could be taking better measures and precautions when luggage is being taken out of the bus when people arrive at their destination so that this could be avoided . If my luggage is not found i want a refund ! I’m disappointed .
