*****ING FROM CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately this has pushed me to come onto hello peter and write a review. This is absolute bull**** that you have to beg back your money from these people! I booked 2 tickets for December when we had an emergency and could not go I cancelled the tickets on the 18th of December. Each and every time I call them they put me through to different managers. They keep on telling me that it is on pay out for Thursday. "PENDING" up to now it has been 4 months and I still have not yet received my money back!! Can you tell me when and if I will get my money seeing that I have to beg for my own money back!!??? R900 to you might be nothing to you but it is food out of my child's mouth!!!
