A bunch of ****** who care only for your money and offer no customer service, last month i bought a ticket from Cape Town to Queenstown for my daughters who were in Cape Town for the school holidays, unfortunately they couldn't travel on the departure date due to my mothers death and went to Shoprite to inform them of this but was told to go to their offices in Cape town, instead i rang their offices and was told i had to cancel the trip 3 hours before departure, now there way in their T&Cs stating such hogwash, i dealt with *********** call center staffers who were rude, never offered sympathy but directed me to their T&c available on their website, im soo ****ed and sometimes wanna thrown stones whenever i see an Eldo bus , i still have an open complaint with them but no one attends to it, whenever i publish a review here its seems like its a copy and paste exercise, only acknowledgement of the dissatisfaction and no action taken
