STAY AWAY!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I'm shocked as to how this "company" is still in service. These people are literally willing to lie to you to get you off the phone.

Buses are awful and drivers are ***********. After Cancelling a trip with them, they wont refund my money, they just lie and say "Refunds could take up to 4-5 months". How hard is it to refund someone or even respond to an email? When i ask to speak to the Supervisor, they say " The supervisor is quarantined". He's been quarantined for 2 months?

Will not be returning ever.
