Spread of COVID

On the 26th of February 2021,

My friend and I boarded an Eldo bus at Midrand Big Big, at 8:22. Our bus was suppose to be at 8:00. The driver never checked our tickets upon entering..we found the bus was full and we were never told if the bus. We are worried for our lives. We tried to call there head office to find out what measures have they put in place the to the new traveling rules due to covid but there lines were closed...Please assist in an emergency number where we can call to report this. Children and elders are amount us and we feel so helpless and hopeless that the spread of covid will decrease if we still have travel businesses operating like this.
