Sinking toilets

I travelled to Durban on Thursday night 19h00 bus at Signate terrace Lenz. Firstly the bus was late by an hour and a half, the bus arrived at 20h30, when we boarded the bus, the toilet was sinking because of the toilet that was out of order and locked. They need to service the toilet and cellphone charging pods. Coming back it was the same story the toilet was sinking and charging pods not working. The buses are expensive enough for the kind of service they giving. Both drivers were nice and driving appropriately.
